Sorry I didn’t post more this past week like I intended to. The closest I came to cooking was making some meatballs to go with store-bought spaghetti sauce. I used raisin bran cereal instead of bread crumbs (only afterward did I find the missing bread crumbs in back of the cupboard).

They were OK. The take-home message that I left with was that raisins are pretty good in meatballs, but I really don’t think the bran belonged.
