After a few long days of studying, I hit a point where I had to bake something. It had to be quick and easy (i.e. something that did not involve waiting for butter to soften and lots of dirty dishes), so I went with granola. It was every bit as good as I’d hoped.

I’ve been eating it for breakfast with yogurt and fruit. It’s excellent.
