Beer-Marinated Flank Steak expertly grilled by Matt. I didn’t love the marinade. I thought the beer taste was a little too prominent, but the fact that I didn’t have the Worcestershire sauce to balance it out could have played a role in that. Next time: less beer, same technique.
Flank steak tacos with guacamole, salsa verde and sour cream. Not very photogenic when splayed open in late evening light but tasty nonetheless.
